This will be a rather uninteresting post I believe. It all started with the show I watched yesterday, Alex Riley's 5 Really Disgusting Foods. It was a lifechanging experience! Not really, but it pushed me to desire more knowledge of what I am putting in my belly. There is also a second reason behind it. For a wee while I was growing more and more concerned over the fact that I am still growing. At the age of nearly hitting 24, you really should stop growing. Especially when it's not height you are gaining...
So the list of food items I have had yesterday. I will try to get a calorie calculator or something like this to also do a sum up of nutritional content... I'll leave it out just for now.
Brekkie: cereal - Weetabix Choca Minis, semi-skimmed milk and a cup of real coffee (instant stuff makes me sick), also with a dash of semi-skimmed. (I think now I should probably start weighing the portions, he he)
Snack 1: 2x apple, snack size. They are smaller/cheaper...)
Luncheon: buttery bagel with cheese. Not that good, I know...
Snack 2: home made salty popcorn on olive oil. Veggie oil tends to make me sick, so I avoid it at all cost. I know, probably not the best, but still a step forward from crisps.
Dinner: This is bad. A cinnamon buttery bagel. Still, winning over a take-out!
I also noticed that whenever I eat, I seem to have massive portions. And by massive, I mean MASSIVE. This is also my attempt to reduce food intake. But it can be SO HARD when one made something tasty!!!!!
Today I will try to make a veg soup or a stew. This should be rather filling and not completely evil...
